Body Language Learn To Read Your Coworkers Friends and Romantic Interests eBook Brian Night
This Kindle ebook is a nice, short introduction to the topic of body language, but it also very practical, with some interesting tips to allow you to see how this secret language works and to turn this to your advantage. So much goes unsaid in our interactions with others that, rather than discovering suddenly that someone doesn't think all that much of you or your work, or being faced with an actual display of aggression, it is very useful to be able to glean clues beforehand from others' behavior as to what they think of you. You can then act to try to alter their impression of you, or even to save yourself from being physically hurt.
Of course, it would also be nice to be able to tell when someone likes you, which would prevent many of the 'Does she?/doesn't she?' scenarios that can make you so uncomfortable in social life.
Body language is probably a very old human ability that has fallen out of use in these more verbal times. So much of life now is about chatting and gossiping that you don't often take the time to just sit peacefully being with others and observing them and their reactions to what is going on, including to what you yourself are saying and doing.
This can be a relaxing exercise in itself, apart from the useful information it can yield. After you have read this ebook you will find yourself becoming alert to other people's body language and what they are saying to you apart from with the words you hear. This will give you the chance to really get to know them in a way that you never could just by making conversation.
Whether your aim is to get on better with others, to rise in your career, or to find the love of your life, a study of body language - both your own and that of other people - will pay dividends you never dreamt of.

Body Language Learn To Read Your Coworkers Friends and Romantic Interests eBook Brian Night Reviews
In the first part of the book, the author states that looking up to the right, the person is telling the truth. Later, the author states the opposite. That big of a mistake in this book, renders it useless to me. How much more inaccurate info is presented?
I've read several books on this subject, and while most of them covered the information in this book, none of them maded the subject as interesting, as easy to read, or as easy to relate to. The book is short but not at all boring nor does it leave you feeling cheated. In fact, it grasps your interest, and may launch you into further research.
I very much recommend this book to anyone interested in this subject.
It has been well documented that people communicate far more with their bodies than most people realize. Unlike spoken language, body language is fairly universal. This makes it a very useful language to learn , this book is a very good primer and will definitely be of use if you want to know what people are really telling you.
I like the fact the author said you have to read the signs as words so as to make up the sentence. You should never analyze just one sign. It would be the same as trying to understand a sentence outside the context. I'm a writer, so I need this kind of information in order to describe the signs accurately in fiction, so it has impacted my writing. This is not only good in terms of learning to read people, but also as a way to become more observant. TEN EASY WAYS TO SPOT A LIAR is a book I can compare it to. This is great for writers and body readers in general to get the basic ideas behind body communication.
I am in no way a body language expert, even though I know that 90% of communication is non-verbal. This is why I decided to take this little book for a spin. It seems to cover everything from what can be inferred from head movements to how we position our legs. Some of these I had heard of, others I hadn't. Again, I'm new to all of this so a more knowledgeable person may prefer a more advanced book on body language. Still, it is written simply in a straightforward fashion and can be read in one night (I did). If you're looking to dip your toe into this world, this book is a good place to start.
this book goes into a lot of detail which made it very easy to comprehend. Unfortunately, I don't know if it could work for everyone. I still have trouble reading body language. Maybe it just a me thing. May just take practice. What I did enjoy was how the author explained every step with the reason why. I for one have to know why something is the way it is, why something works a certain way, why people act a certain way, etc. even though I am still unable to achieve the understanding with my own interactions yet,,, I now have the guidelines to help me continue to master the art of reading body language.
This book gives some dangerous information and suggestions for using body language. If you know anything about body language you would know that keeping your hands in your pockets is a bad idea! The author suggests this as an excellent option in his section about what to do with your arms to portray the right message. Putting your hands in your pockets is going to subconsciously tell people that you are not trustworthy because they are not able to see your hands. The hands are the first place a person looks; this goes back to the Caveman era when you had to check people's hands for any weapons to determine if they were a friend of a foe. Not good info, not backed by research, don't waste your money!
