I came across this book while researching why my depressive anexiety episode spiked after having a cold. I know that by taking ibuprofen might depression got better. I have cycled through many major depressive episodes over the last 15 years. The book goes into great detail and is a must-read for anybody who is seeking answers to why they're not cured. It really makes me feel better knowing that there's nothing wrong with me mentally if something physical and my body is causing the depression. It's a must read I wish my doctor would read it and understand.
